Heidi Bader Lic Ac, M.B.Ac.C., D.N.Med
I grew up on a farm in Surrey and have always had an interest in natural forms of medicine and healing. My horticultural background instilled in me a love on the natural world.
My interest in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine started after spending some time in China in 1992 and observing how the traditional forms of medicine were used. The attraction of this form of medicine is its ability to work with the laws of nature/thus enabling the body to help itself.
I began my training at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading in 1996 graduating and gaining my Licentiate in 1999. This training combines both the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Conventional Medical Sciences.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and an active member of my Regional Practitioner Group which supports the Continual Professional Development of qualified practitioners.
